THE KZ CREATIVE STUDIO
Effective Date: ____________________ | Last Updated: ____________________
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.thekzcreativestudio.com and any webpages, content, features, forms, or online services operated by The KZ Creative Studio through the website (collectively, the “Website”).
The KZ Creative Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a multidisciplinary creative company. Our services and concepts may include creative services, brand development, presentation and training design, hospitality consulting, media, workshops, immersive experiences, events, and The Color Theory Lab.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Additional agreements, policies, waivers, proposals, statements of work, booking terms, or other written terms may apply to specific services, projects, events, purchases, or experiences.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
You may use the Website only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement or are using it with the authorization and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized organization.
By using the Website on behalf of a company, organization, school, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
2. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
Website content is provided for general information, marketing, and communication purposes. Nothing on the Website, by itself, creates a client, consultant, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
A project, event, or service relationship begins only when the applicable agreement, proposal, statement of work, booking confirmation, payment requirement, or other written acceptance process has been completed.
3. SERVICES, EXPERIENCES, AND AVAILABILITY
Descriptions of services, packages, experiences, pricing, timelines, availability, images, and examples may change without notice.
Submitting an inquiry, request, application, or booking form does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a reservation, or a confirmed project.
We may decline or cancel a request when reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable signed agreement, booking policy, refund policy, or law.
Specific projects and events may require separate contracts, deposits, waivers, participant releases, parent or guardian consent, venue requirements, safety rules, or other documents.
4. THE COLOR THEORY LAB
The Color Theory Lab is a branded experience and division of The KZ Creative Studio. Information on the Website concerning The Color Theory Lab may describe mobile creative experiences, private events, corporate programs, schools, festivals, community events, workshops, or other activities.
Participation in an experience may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, event rules, safety instructions, waivers, releases, minor-consent procedures, clothing and paint disclosures, venue requirements, and booking terms.
Website content about an experience does not replace the specific agreement or instructions provided for an actual event.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
· Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, systems, or data;
· Interfere with Website security, operation, availability, or performance;

7. LIMITED PERMISSION TO USE THE WEBSITE
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for personal or legitimate business inquiry purposes.

If you submit an inquiry, message, testimonial, review, image, document, idea, or other material through the Website, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.
Submitting a general idea or unsolicited concept does not create a confidential, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship unless we have separately agreed in writing to confidentiality.
